About Our Vedic Vastu Consultancy
Traditional Vastu knowledge. Careful property analysis. Practical guidance for Delhi NCR.
Led by Dr. Kunal Kaushik, Vastu Consultant in Delhi provides Vedic Vastu consultations for people making decisions about their homes, workplaces and properties. From a builder floor in South Delhi to a new office in Gurugram or a plot under consideration in Noida, our focus is to understand the actual space before recommending the next step.
We believe a consultation should give you more than a list of dos and don’ts. It should explain what is being reviewed, why a particular issue matters within the Vedic Vastu framework, and which changes—if any—are practical for your property.
Who We Are
Our work brings together the study of traditional Vastu Shastra, analysis of building layouts and experience with the practical constraints of modern properties. Dr. Kunal Kaushik works with residential, commercial and selected industrial premises and also teaches Vedic Vastu to learners who want to understand the subject in greater depth.
Every property has a different purpose. A family’s apartment is not assessed in the same way as a retail showroom, a factory or a plot awaiting construction. We consider the property’s layout, available directions, stage of development and intended use before deciding what deserves attention.

Our Guiding Principle: Understand the Property Before Prescribing Changes
An accurate Vastu review begins with understanding the site and its geometry—not with assigning a ready-made remedy to a room name. Our approach draws on traditional Vedic Vastu principles, including directional assessment and 9×9 Pada Vinyasa (81-pada planning) where appropriate to the property being studied.
We distinguish this traditional, layout-based process from generic circular sector charts and one-size-fits-all claims. The aim is to explain findings in plain language and avoid creating unnecessary fear about a home or workplace.
| What we examine | Why it matters to the consultation |
|---|---|
| Orientation, plot shape and layout | Establishes the actual planning context before interpreting directions and areas. |
| Entrances, rooms and functional use | Connects traditional placement principles to how the property is used every day. |
| Practical constraints and possible changes | Separates workable improvements from recommendations that may be costly or structurally impractical. |

Vastu Consultation for Real Delhi NCR Properties
Property planning in Delhi NCR rarely happens under ideal conditions. Apartments may have fixed shafts and common walls. Builder floors have shared staircases and limited scope for moving doors. Older houses may be undergoing renovation, while commercial spaces must accommodate staff, customers, storage and operational requirements.
That is why we review what can actually be changed. A property being purchased may allow a choice between different layouts; an occupied home might require recommendations that respect existing construction. Structural alterations are not treated as an automatic first step, and traditional remedy suggestions are discussed in the context of the property rather than offered as guaranteed outcomes.

How a Consultation Works
Tell us about the property
Share whether it is a home, office, commercial unit or plot, along with the decision you are trying to make.
Provide the relevant information
Depending on the service, this may include a floor plan, dimensions, orientation details, photographs, videos and information about the surrounding site.
Review the layout and its constraints
We examine relevant traditional Vastu considerations alongside the property’s actual configuration and intended use. Where selected, an on-site visit adds direct observation.
Discuss practical next steps
Findings are explained with priorities, including which issues need attention and which proposed changes may not be necessary or feasible.
Online or On-Site: Which Consultation Is Suitable?
Both formats begin with the property’s details, but they do not offer identical forms of assessment.
| Online Vastu Consultation | On-Site Vastu Consultation | |
|---|---|---|
| Best suited for | Floor plans, pre-purchase decisions, layout reviews and suitable existing properties. | Properties needing direct observation, detailed site context or a more extensive assessment. |
| Information used | Plans, orientation details, photographs, videos and a discussion with the client. | Direct observation of the premises, available drawings and relevant site information. |
| Additional assessment | No physical site scanning is performed remotely. | Selected visits may include additional instrument-assisted or practitioner-led site assessment, when appropriate. |
For information about optional site-assessment methods, see Scientific Vastu & Energy Analysis. These assessments should not be confused with accredited structural, electrical or environmental testing.
Experience, Education and Public Awareness
Our consultancy is informed by work across different property types and by continuing engagement with Vastu education. Dr. Kunal Kaushik also shares explanations through educational videos and training, with particular emphasis on understanding traditional texts, correct layout analysis and the difference between established principles and popular shortcuts.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to visit your office to begin a consultation?
Not necessarily. Many suitable cases can begin online with a floor plan, supporting images and details about your property. An on-site visit can be discussed if the case requires one.
Can you review a property before I buy it?
Yes. A pre-purchase Vastu review can consider a proposed property’s layout and relevant traditional planning factors before you finalize a decision. See Pre-Purchase Property Vastu.
Will I be asked to demolish or rebuild parts of my home?
No such recommendation is assumed in advance. The discussion considers feasibility and non-structural options before any major change is considered. A structural decision should always be reviewed with a qualified architect or engineer.
Let’s Discuss Your Property
Whether you are choosing a flat, planning a new home, reviewing a workplace or living in a property with limited scope for changes, start by sharing what you want the consultation to address. That helps us guide you toward the suitable service rather than a generic recommendation.
